If you’ve been wanting to challenge yourself a little, move your body in a playful way, and spend time with good people, this may be for you.
Join us for a Longevity Bouldering session this Saturday, May 16th at Allez Up Verdun. This is a chance to explore strength, coordination, mobility, and problem-solving in a setting that is both physical and social.
Unlike rope climbing, bouldering does not require ropes. The walls are shorter, and the falls are onto padded mats, which makes it a very approachable way to try climbing for the first time.
What to know
We’ll be meeting at Allez Up Verdun, located at 4137 boulevard LaSalle, Verdun, QC, H4G 2A6.
The venue is accessible, social, and beginner-friendly. Whether you’re curious, cautious, or already a little scrambly by nature, you’re welcome.
• Bouldering session, open to beginners and returning climbers
• Bring water and comfortable athletic clothing
• Climbing shoes are required (rentals available)
• Open to all, whether solo, with friends, or with family
• No expectations, just movement and community
Pricing note
For this event, most people will only need a regular day pass and, if needed, climbing shoes.
Pricing
• Regular day pass: $23.95
• Climbing shoe rental: $7.95
• Introduction Week: $35.50
- 7 days of unlimited access
- access to all 3 Allez Up gyms
- rentals included
If you already think this is something you might enjoy, the Introduction Week may be the better value. For only a little more than the cost of a single visit plus shoe rental, you get a full week to explore all three gyms and make the most of it.
If you’re simply trying it once, the regular day pass is still a solid option.
