If you’ve been craving a reason to get outside, move your body, and start your weekend with good people, this may be for you.
Join us for a Longevity Walk up Mont-Royal this Saturday at 8:30 AM. A chance to reconnect with nature, with one another, and perhaps most importantly, with ourselves.
What to know
We’ll be starting near the Street Fitness gym,
about a 6-minute walk from both Mont-Royal and Laurier metro stations. From there, we’ll head up the mountain at a steady, social pace. The walk is open to all fitness levels and all forms of company. Come solo, bring a friend, or tag along with family.
Expect a cold morning and winter-like conditions, so please dress accordingly. Warm layers, a proper coat, gloves, a hat, and boots with good grip are strongly recommended.
• Round-trip walk, suitable for most fitness levels
• If you arrive early or leave late, the meeting point also doubles as an outdoor calisthenics gym 😉
• Bring water, warm layers, and a snack as needed
• Gloves, a hat, and winter boots or shoes with solid grip are a good idea
• Open to all, whether solo, with friends, or with family
• No expectations, just community
