Join us this Saturday as we embrace the winter chill ❄️💨with a Longevity Walk up Mont-Royal.
I've often found that winter brings with it a disruption of my social routine, and this is a chance to move, breathe, and connect (in good company), while moving at a gentle pace.
We'll meet at 10:30 am at the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Monument and hike up together at a relaxed, social pace.
The forecast calls for light snow and cool temperatures (around –11°C to –5°C, feeling between –15°C and –6°C), so please dress warmly and appropriately:
🧤 Warm coat and gloves
🥾 Boots with good grip for snow
🧣 Layers for insulation
🎩 A hat or hood if you tend to get cold
If it feels right for you to come, we’ll be there!
What to know
• Round-trip walk, suitable for most fitness levels
• Light snow expected (plan for traction and warmth)
• Bring water and maybe a warm drink for the top
• Open to all: come solo, with friends, and/or family!
• No expectations, just community!
